This plastic-coated steel wire is individually adjustable to the body size or needs of the athlete. Lightweight nylon handles with integrated bearings allow fast rotation and prevent twisting of the rope during use. The rope, which is about 275 cm long at delivery, can be shortened to the optimum length for the athlete, so you can use it quickly at any time.
